No Attorney-Client Relationship

The use of this Site and any communication through it does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Dufault Law, LLC. An attorney-client relationship is only established when both parties mutually agree to enter into such a relationship, typically through a signed retainer agreement or similar document.

While we welcome inquiries and are happy to provide information about our services, you should be aware that any information you send to us through this Site may not be treated as confidential. Until you have formally engaged our services, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any communications, and we advise against sending sensitive or personal information via email or through any contact forms available on the Site.

To establish an attorney-client relationship, it is essential that you consult directly with an attorney from our firm. During that consultation, we can discuss your specific legal needs, provide tailored advice, and determine if we are able to represent you in your matter. Our acceptance of any case is subject to our standard conflict of interest checks and other internal policies. Therefore, we cannot guarantee representation until you have received a confirmation from us in writing. If you are in need of immediate legal assistance, we recommend that you reach out to us directly by phone or schedule an in-person consultation to discuss your case. Your rights may be affected by the passage of time, and we want to ensure that you receive timely and effective legal advice.

Confidentiality

At Dufault Law, LLC, we understand the importance of confidentiality in the attorney-client relationship. While we are committed to protecting your privacy, it is crucial to recognize that any information you send to us through this Site or via email may not be secure. Consequently, we advise against sharing sensitive personal information or confidential details through these channels.

Confidentiality is a fundamental principle in our practice, and once an attorney-client relationship is established, we are obligated to keep your information private and secure. This confidentiality extends to all communications regarding your case, and we take extensive measures to safeguard your data in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

However, until you have formally engaged our services, we cannot guarantee that communications will be treated as confidential. The establishment of an attorney-client relationship typically requires a signed retainer agreement or similar document. Until that point, any information shared may not be protected.
For matters that require immediate attention or involve sensitive information, we encourage you to reach out to us directly by phone or schedule an in-person consultation. This will allow us to discuss your situation in a secure and confidential environment, ensuring that your rights and interests are fully protected.

Past Results Do Not Guarantee Future Outcomes

The outcomes of legal cases can vary significantly based on a multitude of factors, including the specifics of each case, the applicable laws, and the unique circumstances surrounding individual clients. As such, any past results or case outcomes shared on this Site are not indicative of future results in any other legal matter.

While we are proud of our track record and the favorable results we have achieved for our clients, it is important to understand that each case is distinct. The legal landscape is constantly evolving, and what may have worked in one case may not necessarily apply to another. Factors such as changes in law, jurisdictional differences, and the unique aspects of your situation can all influence the outcome of a case.

We encourage potential clients to consider this variability when evaluating our services and the information presented on our Site. While we strive to provide effective legal representation and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients, we cannot guarantee specific results. It is essential to approach each legal matter with a clear understanding of its individual complexities and to seek personalized legal advice tailored to your specific situation. Consulting directly with an attorney from our firm will allow us to assess your case and provide guidance based on the current legal environment and relevant factors.

No Guarantees of Results

Dufault Law, LLC does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes in any legal matter. The practice of law involves numerous variables, and the success of a case can depend on many factors, including the facts of each case, the applicable law, the evidence presented, and the actions of opposing parties.

While we work diligently to advocate for our clients and strive for favorable outcomes, the nature of legal proceedings means that there are no certainties. Previous results achieved in other cases do not imply or guarantee that similar results will be attained in your case. Each legal matter is unique, and the outcomes can differ based on individual circumstances.

We encourage clients and potential clients to understand that engaging our services does not assure a particular outcome. The legal process can be unpredictable, and various factors can influence how a case progresses and resolves. For personalized guidance and to better understand the potential outcomes related to your specific situation, we recommend consulting directly with one of our attorneys. This will allow us to evaluate the unique aspects of your case and provide advice tailored to your individual legal needs.

In doing so, you waive certain rights, including your right to have disputes resolved in a court of law, your right to a jury trial, your right to broad discovery, and your right to appeal. Each party will be responsible for its own costs and expenses related to the arbitration, including attorney’s fees, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.

The arbitration will take place in Collier County, Florida, and will be conducted by a single arbitrator selected in accordance with AAA rules. The arbitrator has the authority to determine the scope of the arbitration, including any claims or defenses that may arise. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on the arbitrator’s award.

If any provision of this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to your use of this Site must be commenced within one year after the claim arises, or such claim will be barred. By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this arbitration clause.
